About this image Tony always says that if you look at 10 Renoirs' you can probably predict what the 11th will look like. With Tony Karp you never know what the next one will look like. Tony got a new 30 inch monitor and he bought it because he felt it would change the way he works which changes his art. It is changing the way he works. This image is a great example.
Just for kicks,
take a look at this imagethat I posted a few days ago.
Both were made from the same starting point.
This image is huge, about 290 meg. All I could do was to select a tiny section and give you a hint. It should be printed the same size as some of those gigantic pieces of modern art in the Met. Maybe one day.
It is an interesting puzzle. Here is an image that looks great on the 30 inch screen, but is too big to publish on the web and too big for our large format printer. I should mention that Tony does all his own printing because the final image may be changed in that process as well.
Musings of a muse The art business is booming. We going to bring the pictures to town hall today. Tony will have the first exhibit there.
The town has asked me to organize an outdoor art show.
The local bank wants to put up a show.
It is all good, and I am having a great time working on making Tony famous. What is truly amazing is that people are actually reading this blog.
