About these images
As the sky lightened this morning and I looked out the window the world was covered in mist. It was so beautiful.
And then I read about a syndrome called "Solastalgia" which is a form of homesickness one gets when one is still at home. There is a theory this will be yet another impact of global warming. They are saying that people in Australia are already feeling sad as watch the landscape around them change. "Plants don't grow, gardens don't take, birds are gone.
Tony's recording the natural beauty of nature, transforming it, providing a different a view, a view that makes you think and want to go back and look again and again.
The possibility exists that one day our great grand-children will look at these images and hear their mother say "this is the way the world used to look, before global warming ……."
