About this image
I can't remember what it was that made us go outside. Maybe in was a rainbow and after it disappeared Tony continued to make images.
This is what we see when we look down the driveway of our home. On the right side you see our apple trees and the Japanese maple is on the far right.
This image was short in infra-red and then color was added back in. It gives the image a haunting, surreal quality. It's a favorite of mine. It's not a photo, not a painting, it's
Techno-Impressionism.
Musings of a muse
Several months ago I posted a list that was the marketing plan for making Tony Karp famous. Most of the items have been completed. One thing we were not sure of was what was the best "talking point" to use. We tried to stay away from linking Tony Karp and Techno-Impressionism. But in the end you can't separate them.
So here is what I'm thinking is the next big push. My goal is get Tony into a museum. Museums should be supporting new art movements. I need a connection. If anyone reading this has a connection with a museum and can help us please leave a comment.
One way of getting into a museum is by having someone donate a piece of
Techno-Impressionism to the museum. If you have influence please purchase one our images and donate it.
I have started a group on Facebook called
Friends of Techno-Impressionism. Help us by joining this group. The world is going mad, help us make a bright light, a positive thing, let's see if we can make a difference in the world. This artist's muse says
Thanks in advance for your help!
