These are children from a war fought a long ago. Tony hopes they are all grown up now and that they might even be grandparents. They were in an orphanage when Tony first created this image. It's gone thru many many iterations and many revisions in the more than 50 years since it was originally created. None of this could have happened without technology. It's just another possibility that was realized through the seamless integration of art of technology.

It's a very powerful piece as are so many of Tony Karp's images. In this one much of the information from the original has been removed or changed. It's Techno-Impressionism pure and simple.
