It's been 7 years since we moved from New York. It has changed our lives in so many wonderful ways.

We just made some fantastic chili and drank some Southern Tier Brewing Company oak aged ale Cuvee Series 3. We learned to cook because the restaurant food here pales in comparison to New York. Today we made chili that is better than we'd get at Exterminator Chile. Our local wine store called Cork and Fork carries some really cool beers. The one we had today is without a doubt the best American beer we have ever tasted.

We don't leave home very often and when we do it is mostly on foot. With gas prices the way they are it is a good way to live.
