Just down the road from where we live there stands an 18th century house. We know this from talking with the people who own the property. When you pass bye it you are struck by the fact that something built in the 18th century is still standing. We laugh because we know houses built today probably won't last 100 years.
A picture of the house as it stands is not very meaningful because if you don't know it's very old it's just a house. But for Tony Karp it is a place full of wonder and magic. A magic that he can show you because he uses technology. Once Tony has the image on his computer he brings his limitless imagination to bare. Think of the original photo as if it were a piece of wood or marble. Think of the many programs that Tony uses as chisels that allow him to carve an interesting and engaging image. One that will make you stop and think. Perhaps you will wonder as so many do "How did he do that?"
