Sometimes I write these long involved explanations about Tony's art and how he creates it. But today's image doesn't need a lot of words. It's a beautiful picture of a flower.
I probably grew this flower with my less-than-green thumb. Tony saw something in it and worked his magic, removing more and more of the information, carving away the extraneous bits of color. The lighting is nature's and the scene just happened to be that way when Tony saw it. His ability to capture a moment in time and to create an image that makes you stop to get a closer look never ceases to amaze me.
