When Tony Karp was a young photographer he took a trip on the Staten Island ferry that by chance was just around sunset. Tony used a soft focus lens that he had build from scratch to capture the image.

Many years later he scanned in the image and played with it using a set of virtual media tools. The result is this haunting image where Tony let's you fill in the details.
